� r Ordinance appro-ring and confirming the assessment and as-
sessmert roll of Local Improvement District L o.44, for the im-
provement of Fourth Street and Fifth Street South of Dayton Street
in the City of Edmonds, by placing and constructing a Sewer in
the Alley between Fourth and Fifth Streets and South of Dayton
Streets in said City; providing for the intakes and outlets of
said Sewer and doing all other work necessary to make a complete
improvement in accordance with Ordinance 402 of the City of Ed-
monds, levying an assessment on account thereof against the
several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll,
providing for the issuarce of Bonds therefor and fixing the date
of the issuance thereof.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
SECTIOL' 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District r4o.44 for the improvement of Fourth Street
and Fifth Street South of Dayton Street in the City of Edmonds,
by placing and constructing a Sewer in the alley between Fourth
Street and Fifth Street and South of Dayton_ Street in said City,
providing for the intakes and outlets of said Sewer and doing all
other work necessary to make a complete improvement in accord-
ance with Ordinance lo. 402 of the City of Edmonds, as the same
now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all things approved
and c orf irmed.
SECTI01, 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land
or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be
specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount
charged against the same and that the assessment appearing a-
gainst the same is in proportion to the several assessmerts ap-
pearing upon said roll, ard there is hereby levied an assessment
against each lot, tract arcl parcel of land and other property
appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the
same thereon.
SECTION 3: That the First day of October, 1928, is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be
issued on account of said improvement.
SECTI011 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said Bonds and make
payment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinances of said
City.
