Ar Ordinance amending Section 7 of Ordinance Jo.412 of the
City of Edmonds entitled:
"Ar Ordinance fixing and establishing the rates to be charged. �. .
for water furnished by the Municipal Water System:" fixing the
charges for fire hydrants.
Be it ordaire d by the Council of the City of Edmonds, .Tash. ;
SECTIOs 1: That Section 7 of Ordinance Lo.412 entitled, "An
Ordinance fixing and establishing the rates to be charged for
water furnished by the,Municipal water System", shall be amended
to read as follows:
SECTIOT 7: That a charge for service for water furnished the
fire hydrants be,ard the same is, hereby fixed at the sum of $2.00 P-t
per month for each and every fire hydrar_t corrected with said water .Z! 7
system. The rates under this Ordinance shall be effective after
January 1, 1930.
SECTIO, 2: This Ordinance shall take effect a.rd_ be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
