the City of Edmonds to the I.C. Jansen Drillirg Compary for work
done ancl materials furnished in the drilling of wells and supply-

Be it ordained the Council of the City of Edmonds, Wash.:
SECT-IOT: 1: That there is hereby declared to be owing by
City of Edmonds to the L.C. Jarnser_ Drilling Compary the sun of
=2,504.40 it payme-t whereof there is hereby authorized to be
issued. forty-rire ' -�) Warrarts of the said City of Edmonds,
forty-eight (48p o -' the said Warrants to be in the amount of
650.00 each, and ors Warrant it the amount of �104.40, the said
Warrants to be ser-'wlly numbered ar_d dated as of the first day
of May 1930, the first numbered Warrart to be payable on or be-
fore the first day of January, 1931, ard the remairirg Warrants
to be paid in order of their respective numbers or or before the
first day of each :::orth thereafter until all have beer. paid.
0 The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay such Warrants

the City of Edmonds. The said Warrants shall be registered and
