' Ar Ordirance e-'_ablishirg a grade lire or First Averue forth
�-� from Edmords Street to the north City limits of the City of Ed-
mords .
Be it ordained the Courcil of the City of Edmonds, 'Mash.;
SECTIOT 1; __:. �_ the grade lire on First l.orth from
Edmonds Street to v_�v Forth City limits of the City of Edmonds
shall be as follows, that is to say:
The grade of top of the sidewalk next to the property
line shall be as follows: at the north lire of Edmonds street
elevatior_ 220 feet; thence or a dowrward grade of 0.6 percent.
for 475 ft. to Stat-'or 4 plus 75 elevation 217.15 ft.; thence on
a downward vertical eurve for 200 ft. to Station 6 plus 75 eleva-
tior 211.85 ft.; ther_ce or a downward grade of 4.7 percent for
25 ft. to Station 7 plus 00 elevation 210.70 ft.; thence on an
upward vertical curvy: for 650 ft. to Station 13 plus 50 elevation
206.75 ft.; therce or an upward grade of 3.5 percent. for 150 ft.
to the north City limits. The elevatior datum for the above ele-
vatiors is the east curb on the north side of mair. Street at First
;.verue Sorth at elentiora 196.4 ft.; also the west curb or the
north side of fain Street at First Aveue north at elevation 195.7
ft.
SECTIOL' 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and, be in force
from and after its passage, approval and publication_ as provided
by law.
