An Ordirance regal&ting public dances it the City of Edmonds
amending Section 2 of Ordirarce lo.349 of said City.
The City Courcil of the City of Edmords, Washington, do or-
dair• as follows:
SE,CTIOT 1: The.: Section 2 of Ordirarce Lo.349 of the City of
Edmonds, Washirgtor, be, ar.d the same is, hereby amerded to read
as follows:

SECTIOF 2: That ar..y person, society or corporatior here-
after desiring to cor_duct a public darce withir the corporate
limits of the City of Edmords shall first procure,from the Mayoral^
of said City,a licerse grartirg them the right to corduct such
darce and shall at the time such license is issued, pay therefor,
a licerse fee it the amount of $3.00; provided that ro dances
licensed and conducted under this Orclirance shall be corducted
later than twelve o'clock midnight unless special permission
therefor be granted by the Mayor; and provided further, that ro
pass out checks shall be giver at such dar_ces after twelve o'clock
midright.
SECTIOT 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five days from and after its passage, approval, and publication.
