The City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington, do or-
dair as follows:
SECTIOT: 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance L o.349 of the City
of Edmonds, Washington, be, and the sauce is, hereby amended to
read as follows: ®®pp
SECTIOL 2: That any person, society or corporation here
after desirirg to corduot a public dance within the corporate -�
limits of the City of Edmords shall first procure from the Mayor,
a license grartirg them the right to conduct such dance , and
shall, at the time such license is issued, pay therefor a
license fee it the amount of $3.00; provided that no dances
shall be licensed and corducted later than two o'clock L.M.
SECTI01' 3: That Ordinance L0.486 of

SECTIOr 4: This Ordiname shall take effect and be in force
five. days from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
