__ g of garbage, and ovidirg a penalty for the violation of
this Ordirance.
VIHM11AS, it is _ecessary for the preservation of the health
of the people of ��___ _.ds, that proper regulations be made for the
disposal of garbage, within the City.
The City Goanci_. of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows: _
yhe following described premises are hereby de-
f� signatea as w-L "v ty vamp" for the disposal of garbage by the
M c it iz ers of the Gity of Edmonds , t owit :
That portion c= the low lards owned by R.P. DePew and Jessie
DePetj, which premiss.,_ are bounded on the East by the Great T.or-
thern Railway right-,af-way and Yost Marginal Way; on the South by
the City limits of on the West by Paget Sound and on the—_
l orth by what is as the Rogers property, which premises are
now being used for t . disposal of garbage and marked as such by
proper sigrs.

SECTIOT 2: Mondays and Tuesdays of each week are hereby de-
signated as the days durir_.g which garbage may be disposed of at or,
said"City Damp" described ir, Sectior l; and it shall be unlawful
for ary persor: to dump or dispose of garbage thereat on any other
day than Mondays and Tuesdays.
SECTION: 3: Any violation of the provisions of this Ordinanee4144�4
shall be a misdemeanor, and ary person convicted thereof may be
fired rot more thar Ter Dollars ($10.00) for the first offense,
Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for the secord offense, and imprisonment O--[ aka
ir. the City jail for rot more thar_ five (5) days for a third or
subsequent offense.
SECTIG1 4: It shall be the duty of all peace officers of said
City of Edmords, .and such other special officer as may be appointed
by the mayor, to erforce the provisions of this Ordinance.
