relating to the fix�r_g and establishing of rates for the Municipal
Water System by pro iding for deposits in the case :-f re-r_ted pre- _
mises.
Be it ,ordained ljy the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTIOI 1: w:,-at Ordinance bo.412 of the City of Edmords be,
and the same is, hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section
Numbered 6A reading as follows:
6�C2I0E 6A: 1h&t in every case where application is made by
a tenant for wet er service forrented premises the applicant shall

ro �f 1 e sum of Five Dollars (5.00) . In the
(� deposit with the City to - evert the water rentals for said premises should, thereafter, be-
C:ome delinquent said deposit, or such part thereof as may be neces-
sary, may be applied by the City in payment of such delinquent
rertal. Upon the disconnedtior of such service the balance re-
mairiYg of said deposit, after its applicatior_ to delinquent rentals,
@hall be returned to the depositor with interest at the legal rate.
SECTIO14 2: ..11 Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
