Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTIOT, 1: That Ordinance To.413 of the City of Edmonds be,
and the same is, hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section
to be krovrn as Section 22A reading as follows:
SECiIOT, 22A: Upon request of any water user inspection of c�
the water meter for his premises shall be made by the Water Depart-
mert. A deposit of Three Dollars ($3.00) shall be made with such
request to cover the cost of inspection. In the event such meter
is found to be over registering such deposit shall be returned
to the depositor, otherwise, it shall be retained by the City.
SECTIOL 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. /Cyr Passed April 20th, 1937,
