An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and
asEes mer..t roll of Local Improvement District Jo. 47, for the im-
provement of the Alley between Fourth Street and Fifth Street in the
City of Edmonds, from a point Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet South
of the center line of Dayton_ Street South along the center lire of
said Alley produced a distarce of Sever Hundred Fifty (750) feet,by
the corstructior of ar, eight inch (3") concrete lateral sewer, to-
gether with the necessary manholes, catch basins -.nd other appurt-
erarces receasary to make a complete improvement all in accordarce
with Resolution T-o. 101 of the City of Edmonds, levying an assessment
or account thereof agairst the several lots, tracts and parcels of
lard as shown or said roll, providing for tr-.e i sua.i_ce of bo_ds
therefor a:r,d fi irg the date of the issuance thereof.

I-:o. 101 of the City of Edmonds, as the same now stands, be and
the same is hereby it all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of lard
or other property shown or said roll is hereby declared to be
specially benefited b..T said improvement it at least the amount
charged against the same and that the as:_e smert ap_)earirg against

the same is in proportion to.the several assessments appearing
upon said roll and there is hereby levied an as:;essment against
each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing
upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That the 1st day of i:ovemaer ,1939
is hereby fixed as the date of the istivarce o the bares required
to be issued on account of said improvement.
Section 4: The City of Edmords may sell said bonds and make
payment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinance of said
city.
