�Ln Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess-
ment roll of Local Improvement uistricy No.50 for the improvement
of First Avenue North in the City of Edmonds from Edmonds Street
Northerly a distance of 1071 feet, more or less, to a connection
with the North Trunk Sewer by the construction of a combined eight
to ten inch lateral and sanitary sewer,,and the construction of con-
crete curbs and gutters, together with the necessary drainage, man-
holes, catch basins and other appertenances necessary to make a com.
plete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No.105 of the
City of Edmonds, levying an assessment on account thereof against
the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll,
providing for the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date
of the issuance thereof.

SECljON That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District "Oo. 50 for the improvement of First Avenue
North in the City of Edmonds from Edmonds Street Northerly a dis-
tance of 1071 feet, more or less, to a connection with the North
Trunk Sewer:..by the construction of a combined eight to ten inch
lateral and sanitary sewer, and the construction of concrete curbs
and gutters, together with the necessary drainage, manholes, catch
basins and other appertenances necessary to make a complecte im-
provement, all in accordance with. ;resolution 170.105 of the City of
Edmonds, as the same now stands, be andthe same is hereby in all
things approved and confirmed.
SECTIOi� 2:� That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or
other property shown on said roll is hereby declaired to be speci-
ally benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged
against the same andlthat the assessment appearing against the
same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon
said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each
lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon
said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
SECTIOIk 3: That the 15th, day of September, 1942, is hereby fixed
as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on
account of said improvement.

SECTION 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said bonds and make pay—
ment in cash in the manner provided by the Ordinances of said
city. Passed -duly 21st 1942.
