GEDIIIANCE 1T0. 564
An 0tdinance vacating the West one hundred twenty (120) feet
of the alley in Block 1219 Plat of the City of Edmonds, Sno-
homish County, Washington.
MIF.U,AS, the owners of ,more than two-thirds of the private
property abutting upon that portion of the alley hereinafter
described, in the ¢ity.of Edmonds, duly filed their Petitidn
with the City Council of the City -of Edmonds, praying for the
vacation of said alley; and
WE BRAS, the City 0ouncil of the said City did by Resolution
duly adopted fix the 5th day of November, 1946 at the hour of
eight o'clock P. A of said day for the hearing and determin-
ation of Said Peti;ion; _and
WHE_RS, dqe and legal notice of the time and place of hearing
and determination on said petition has been duly given by the
City Clerk as required by law; and
WEE_iS, it appealing to the Clty Council that the said Petition
should be granted and the saicl Council does hereby determine
to vacate said portion of such .alley; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EMONDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1; That the West one hundred twenty (120) feet of the
alley in Ploox IZI, Plat of the City of Edmonds, Edmanda,
Snohomish County, Waohington, be and the same is hereby vacated
as a public alley.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds this 7th day
of January 1947,
