An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 565 of the City
of Edmonds relating to the confirmation of the assessment and
assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 58, and provid-
ing for the payment of a portion of said assessment from the
Street Fund of said City.
THE CITY OF EDICONDS, DOES ORDkI11:
SECTION 1: That Section I of Ordinance No. 565 of the City of
Edmonds be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll
of Local Improvement District No. 58 for the improve-
ment of Main Street, in the City of Edmonds, from
Fifth Street to Sixth Street by paving the center
strip of said Street with hot plant -mixed asphaltic
concrete, and such other work as may be necessary to
make a complete improvement, all in accordance with
Resolution of Intention No. 115, of the City of Edmonds
with the exception of the assessments in the aggregate
sum of $46.20 against Lots 1 and 2, Block 120, Plat
of the City of Edmonds, which assessment are hereby
stricken from said Roll, be and the same is hereby
in all things approved.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 565 of the City of Edmonds,
relating to the approval and confirmation of the assessment and
assessment roll in Local Improvement District No. 58 of saideity
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section
to beknown as Section 4 reading as follows:
Section 4: That the sum of $46,20, heretofore levied
against Lots 1 and 2, Block 120, Flat o± the City of
Edmonds, in Local Improvement District No. 58 of said

City, and which assessment have been stricken
from said assessment roll, shall and are hereby
directed to be paid in said amount of $46.20 from
the street Fund of the City of Edmonds.
