AN &DIITAIICE regulating the hauling of garbage and providing
punishment for the violation thereof.
THE CITY OF EDMOITDS DOES OZDIJITT:
SECTION 1. r'ron and after the date of passege of this Ordinance
it shall be unlawful to haul or transport wet garbage, swill or waste
over the Streets of the City of Edmonds unless said wet garbage, swill
or waste is placed in a closed, watvir tight container, and properly
covered so as to prevent the escape of any wet garbage, swill or
waste or the drainage therefrom..
Section 2: Any violation of this Ordinance may be punished by a fine
not to exceed One hundred Dollars ($100.00)
