Ln Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and
assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 61 for
the improvement of Sixth Avenue from Glen Street to a point
540 feet North of Glen Street and the alley in Block 99,
Plat of the City of Edmonds, from Seventh Avenue to Sixth
Avenue, by the com truction of a eight -inch sanitary and
storm sewer together with the ,necessary manholes, inlets,
connecting sewers and appurtnenances and such other work as
may be necessary to make a complete improvement, all in
accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 122 of the City
of Edmonds, levying an assessment on account thereof against
the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said
Roll; providing for the issuance of the Bonds therefor and
fixing the date of the issuance thereof.
THE CITY OF EDMOT DS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No. 61 for the improvement of
Sixth Avenue from Glen Street to a point 540 feer north of
Glen Street and the alley in Block 99, from Seventh bvenue
to Sixth Lvenue, all in the City of Edmonds, by the construct-
ion an an eight -inch sanitary and storm sewer together with the
necessary manholes, inlets, connecting sewers and appurtenances
and such other work as may be necessary to make a complete
improvement, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention
No. 122 of the City of Edmond~, as the same now stands, be and
the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of
land, or other property shown on said moll, is hereby declared
to be specially benefitted by said improvement, in at least the
amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing
against the same is in proportion to the several assessments
appearing upon said moll, and thei,e is hereby levied an assess-
ment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other
property appearing upon said moll in the amount finally charged
against the same thereon.
Section 3: That the 16th day of June 1948 is hereby fixed
as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be issued
on account of said improvement.
