ORDINANCE NO. 592
AN ORDINANCE relating to commercial and industrial zones in the
City of Edmonds, amending Section 23 of Ordinance No. 589 and adding
thereto an industrial zone; correcting the legal description of the
present commercial zone, and setting up an industrial zone within
the said commercial zone.
TIIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That line 10, section 23, Ordinance 589, be amended
to read as follows:
11... thence N along the W City limits to the N City limits;
thence E to GNRVu; thence Sly along GNRW to S side of Bell St; thence E
to POB.'�
Section 2. That there is hereby established an Indusitrial Zone within the
present Fire and Commercial Zone which shall embrace that portion of the
City of Edmonds described as follows; Beginning at the SW corner of Second
Avenue and Main Street; thence S along Second Ave. to James Street;
thence SLY along Second Avenue to a point 110 ffiet S of, Dayton Street;
thence Sally to the City limits; thence lldy along the S City limits;
thence Nly along W City limits to N City limits; thence E to GNHZ; thence
Sly along GNRV,1 and W side of Front Street to Main Street; thence E to
POB.
