AN ORDINANCE approving; and confirming the assessment and as esst.ient
roll of Local Improvement District No. 73 for the improvement of the following de-
scribed property:
Lots 1 through 20 in Block 1 and Lots 1 through 20 in Block 3.
Kelloggs I'lat to the City of Edmonds, and all the property owned by
Mr, and Mrs. Carroll Greenleaf and described as follows: Begin-
ning at the intersection of Seventh Avenu,. and Cedar Street in the
Ci•y of Edmonds; thence west to the west line of Seventh Avenue;
thence west along south property line 110 feet; thence north on a
line parallel to Seventh Avenue 120 feet; thence east to west line of
Seventh Avenue; thent..: south to point of beginning,
by the construction of a lateral sanitary sewer system together with the necessary
manholes and other appurtenances necessary to make a complete improvement, all
in accordance with Resolution Intention No. 119 and Ordinance No. 640 of the Cite
of Edmonds, Washington; li,vti ing :!n assessment on account thereof against the sev-
eral lots, tracts ana pai els of land as shown on said Roll; providing for the issuance
of the Bonds therefor and fixing the date of 'he issuance thereof.
THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement
District No. 73 for the improvement of the following described property:
Lots 1 through 20 in Block 1 and Lots 1 through 20 in Block 3,
Kelloggs flat to the City of Edmonds, and all the property owned by
Mr, and Mrs. Carroll Greenleaf and described as follows: Begin-
ning at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and Cedar Street in the
City of Edmonds; thence west to the west line of Seventh Avenue;
thence west along south property line 110 feet; thence north on a
line parallel to Se-enth Avenue 120 feet; thence east to west line of
Seventh Avenue; a south to point of beginning,
by the construction of a lateral sanitary sewer system ogether with the necessary
manholes and other appurtenances necessary to make a complete improvement, all
in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 119 and Ordinance No. 640, as the
same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other prop-
erty shown on said Roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefitted I said

improvement in at least the .mount charged against the same, and that the assess-
ment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear-
ing upon said Roll, and :here is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract
and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said Roll in the amount finally
charged against the same thereon.
