Ordinance 648ORDINANCE NO. IL,
AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll
of Local Improvement District No. 72 for the improvement of Seventh Avenue from
Bell Street to Main Street; Walnut Street from Third Avenue to Seventh Avenue;
Maple Street from Fifth Avenue to Ninth Avenue; Dayton Street from Third Avenue
to Ninth Avenue; Bell Street from Fifth Avenue to Seventh Avenue; Sixth Avenue from
Glen Street to Walnut Street; Seventh Avenue from Dayton Street to point 120 feet
south of Walnut Street; Durbin Drive from Main Street to Layton Street by grading
and leveling the above described streets and avenues and paving said streets and
avenues with a bi uminoub road type paving mix together with the installation, along
said streets, of standard curbs where such do not presently exist, and such other
work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with
Resolution of Intention No. 118 and Ordinance No. 634 , levying an assessment on
account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on saia
Roll; providing for the issuance of the Bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issu-
ance thereof.

Sectio 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local improvement
District No. 72 for the improvement of the following described property:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 20, Block 77; thence south on
west property line of Ninth Avenue to the southeast corner of Lot 19, Block
75; thence west on north property line of alley to the southeast corner of
Lot 10, Block 90; thence south to the southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 92.
Said point being 110' south of south property line of Walnut Street; thence
west and parallel to Walnut Street to the west property line of Fifth Avenue;
thence south along west property line of Fifth Avenue 1001; thence west and
parallel to Walnut Street to east property line of Third Avenue. Said point
being 210' south of south property line of Walnut Street; thence north along
east property line of Third Avenue to a point 255' north of north property
line of Dayton Street; thence east and parallrl to Dayton Street to west p rop-
erty line of Fout ,h Avenue; thence south along west property line of Fourth
Avenue 1021; thence east and para. el tv Dayton Street to east property line
of alley; thence north )n east property of alley 7. 34' to northwest corner of
tax lot 59A-1; thence east on north boundary of tax lot 59A-1 and parallel to
Dayton Street to east property like of Fifth Avenue; thence south along east
property line of Fifth Avenue to south property line of alley, Block 120;
thence east to northwest corner Lot 30, Block 120; thence north along west
hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be issued on account
of said improvement.
