AN ORDINANCE FDCING THE INTEREST RATE ON THE
• BONDS ISSUED IN CONNECTION WITH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 74, CITY OF EDMONDS,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 661, confirming the final assess-
ment roll in L. I. D. 74 for the City of Edmonds, was passe 4 on the
1st day of March, 1955, and
WHEREAS the said Ordinance failed to fix the interest rate
on the bonds to be issued in connection with the said L. I. D. , and
WHEREAS the said interest rate was fixed under a contract
with Metcalf and Thompson, and such rate should be incorporated
in, made a part of the City -ecords and fixed by ordinance,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES
ORDAIN:
Section 1. That all of the bonds issued in connection with
and to pay for the costs of Local Improvement District No. 74, shall
bear interest at the rate of 4-1/4Jo per annum, payable annually,
according to the terms of Ordinance No. 653, of the City of Edmonds.
