ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF 1945 CHAPTER
126 RCW SECTIONS 35. 13. 130, 35. L3.140 and 33.13. 150, AND COMPLYIT-G
WITH THE PROCEDURE THEREIN SET FORTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDATN:
Section 1: - That there i as been filed with the City Council a petition
ut writing signed by Liu owners of more than seventy -f ive percent (75%) of the
assessed -,value of the said ,,roperty according to the assessed v- luation of the
real proper, de- cribed in paid petition, that ' ie said petition sets forth a
legal description of the said real property; that the said petition was accom-
panied by a plat or drawing ,, 'lini:.g the boundaries of the property sought to
be annexed.
Section 2: - That Tuesday, October 4th, was set as a date for a
public hearing on said peti ion; that notice of such hearing has be n published
In the Ednionds Tribune -Review, a newsp,.per of general circulation in the City
of Edmonds; that notice of such hearing was also posted in three (3) public
places within the territory proposed for annexation: that said notices specified
the time and place of such hearin.: and tnvit ed interested persons to appear and
voice approval or disapproval of the annexation; that the expense of publication
and posting of said notices was born by t l:e signers of the petition.

County of Snohomish, State of Washington, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH

be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Edmonds, effective t .e 4th
