AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF
EDMONDS. UNDER THE PROVISICS OF THE LAWS OF 1945, CHAPTER
128 RCW SECTIONS 35. 13.130, 35.13. 1.10 and 35. 13. 150, AND COMPLYING
• WITH THE PROCEDURE THEREIN SET FORTH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section, I. That taere has been filed with the City Council a petition
in writing signed by the owners of more than seventy-five per cent (7596) of the
assessed value of the said property according to the assessed valuation of the
real property described in said petition; that tae said petition sets forth a legal
description of the said property; that the said petition was accompanied by a
plat or drawing outlining the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed.
Section 2. That Tuesday, Marcia 19, 1957, was set as a date for a
public hearing on said petition; that notice of such hearing has been published
in the Edmonds Tribune -Review, a newspaper of general circulation in tae
Citv of Edrr nds; teat notice of such hearing, was also posted in three (3) public
places within the territory proposed for annexation; t nat said notices specified
the time and place of such hearing and invited Interested persons to appear and
voice approval or disapp oval of the annexation; that the expense of publication
and posting of said notices was born by the signers of the petition.
Section 3. Tnat the follo.ving described property located in the County
of Snohomish, State of Washington, to -wit:
• Lots 7, 8 and the south 1/2 of Lot 16,. Block 7, of Alderwood
Manor No. 9 according to plat thereof recorded in volume 10 of
plats, page 6; TOGETHER with Lots 1 through 7 inclusive, and
Lot 25, of R. C. Munger Addition No. 3 according to plat thereof
recorded in volume 16 of plats, page 36; TOGETHER with all of
the plat of Wichser's Del Mar Addition No. 6, according to plat
thereof recorded in volume 15 of plats, page 64, records of
Snohomish County, Washington.

be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of Edmonds, effective the
