AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING ORDINANCE. NO. 692 WHICH ANNEXED
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS UNDER THE PRO-
VISIONS 07 THE LAWS OF 1945, CHAPTER 128 RCW SECTIONS 35. 13. 13j,
35. 13.140 and 35. 13. 150, AND COMPLYING WITH THE PROCEDURE THERE-
IN SET FORTH
WHEREAS, on March 19, 1957, the City Council of the City of
Edmonds passed Ordinance No. 692 purporting t� annex certain property to the
Cita of Edn.onds as described in said Ordinance No. 692, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the said property annexed was i::advertenti
omitted from the legal description,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
That Section 3 of Ordinance Nc. 692 be and it is hereby corre -ted
to read as follows.
Section 3. That the following described property located
in the County of Snonomisn, State of Was:iington, to- vit:
Lots 7, 8 and the south 1/2 ' Lot 16, Blo,-k 7,
of Alderwood Manor No. 9 according to plat thereof
recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 6; TOGETHER
with Lots 1 through 7 inclusi e, and Lot 25, of R. C.
Munger Addition No. 3 according to plat t hereof
recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, p"ge 36; TOGETHER
with all of the plat of Wichser's Del Mar Addition
No. 6, according to plat thereof recorded in Vol-
ume 15 of Plats, page 64; TOGETHER with all of
Terra Park Addition according to plat thereof re-
corded i t Volume 16 of Plats, page 29, records of
Snohomia,i County, Washington.
