AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE: NO. 694 AND
PROVIDING FOR T1iE INTEREST RATE ON THE UNPAID
ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH L. I. D. NO. 77 OF
THE CITY OF EDMONDS.
• WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 694 of the City of Edmonds was passed by the
City Council of the City of Edmonds on the 16th day of April, 195;, setting the in-
terest rate on the unpaid assessi,:ents in L. I. D. No. 77 at 5% per annum, and

WHEREAS, prior to that time, all the property owners had been notified
that the interest rate would be 4 - 1/4% per annum, which was the same interest
rate on the bunds for the said L. I. D. No. 77,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 694 be and the same is hereby
amended to readAhat the interest rate an the unpaid assessments in L. I. D. _.7
be and the same is hereby f ixed at 4 - 1/4% per annus.".
