ACCOUNT THEREOF AGAINST THE SEVERAL LOTS, TRACTS AND PARCELS
OF LAND AS SHOWN ON SAID ROLL;, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE
BONDS THEREFOR, AND FIXING THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local In r(wement
District No. 80 for the improvement of the following described property-:

East, W. M., Snohomish County, Washington, described as
follows, to -wit:

along a curve to the left, whose radius is 20.28 feet for

section line; thence West 45 f eet to the point of beginning,
by the construction of a lateral sanitary sewer system together with the neces-
sary manholes and other appurtenances necessary to make a complete improve -
went, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention No. 128 and Ordinance
No. 692-A, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things
approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lot s, tracts and parcel a of land, or other
property shown on said Roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefit ed by
said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that
the assessment appearing against tiie same is in proportion to the several
assessments appearing upon said Roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment
against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon
said Roll in the amount finally charged aga[nst the same thereon.
Se, -tion 3. That t,tr day of 1957, is
nereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds requ': ed to be issued on
acc•unt of sai� improvement.
