MENT OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: SEVENTH AVENUE NO.
FROM CASPER STREET NORTH AND EASTERLY TO EIGHTH AVENUE NORTH
EXTENDED, IN THE r l'i Y OF EDMUNDS, COUNT'i OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, BY GRADING AND LEVELING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED AVENUE
• AND PAVING SAID AVENUE WITH ASPHALTIC CONCRETE TO THE WIDTH OF
NOT LESS THAN 24 FEET IN THE CENTER OF SAID RIGHT OF WAY, TOGETHER
WITH SUCH OTHER WUItK AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO MAKE A COMPLETE IM-
PROVEMENT; ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 699 AND AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 705 OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,-
LEVYING
ASHINGTON;LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT ON ACCOUNT THEREOF AGAINST THE SEVERAL
LOTS, TRACTS AND PARCELS OF LAND A:. SHOWN ON SAID ROLL; PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREFOR AND FIXING THE DATE OF THE
ISSUANCE THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement
District No. 81 for the in.p, ovemei. of the following described property:
That portion of the northwest quarter of section 2.1, township 27 north,
range 3 east, W. M., described as follows: beginning at the southwest
corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said section
24; thence north 88034'45" West 125.00 feet; thence north 1003113" east
340.00 feet; thence south 88034145" east 49.81 feet; thence north 1003'13"
east _'. .07 '; thence south 89006' east 284. 15 feet; thence south 0053'
15" west 76.00 feet; thence south 88033157" East 393.79 feet; thence
south 1016115" west 52.93 feet; thence south 341'02" east 205.80 feet;
thence north 88031'45" west 384.10 feet; thence south 1003113" west
157.50 feet; thence north 38034145" west 12?. 5 feet; thence south 1003'13"
west 172. 5 feet; thence north 88034145" west 129. 99 feet to the pint of
beginning. LESS that portion dedicated as public streets.
by grading and leveling and paving said avenue with asphaltic concrete to a width
of not less than 24 feet in the center of said right-of-way, together with such other
work as may be necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance
with Ordinance No. 6.-9, amended by Ordinance No. 705 , of the City of Ed-
monds, Washington, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby in all
things approved and confirmed.
Section 2: Tha: each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, or other
property shown on said Roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by
said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the
assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assess-
ments appearing upon said Roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against

each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said Roll
in the amount finally charged against the same, thereon.
Section 3: That the 2nd day of December , 1957, is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be issued on account of
• said improvement.
