AN O':D:NANCE VACATING A CUL-DE-SAC ON LAUREL WAY, IN Tia CITY OF
EDN.ONDS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: That portion of Laurel Way in the
plat of ".C. Munger Addition No. 5 as recorded in volume 16 of
• plats, page 86, records of Snohomish County, Wasrington, described
as follows: beFinninZ at the southwest corner of Lot eleven (11);
thence east 30 feet to the northwest corner of Lot twelve (12)
thence south 80 feet; thence west 30 feet; thence north 80 feet
to the point of beginning; situate in Snohomish County, '*.si,ington.
WhERUS, the owners of the private property abutting on the
cul-de-sac on Laurel Way hereinafter described, in the City of
Edmonds, duly filed petition with the City Council of the City of
Edmonds, praying `or the vacat on of the said cul-de-sac, on the
/--e da} of 1957, and
WfRREAS, the said Council of the said City did, by resolution
duly adopted on the -jai-/r.ay of 1957, set
the -'77-tleday of at the hour of 8:00
p.m, of said say for the n_arin and determination on said petition,
and
AH,REAS, due and lo.:gal notice of the time and place of "nearing
and the detcr:r.ination on said petition has been duly given by the
,ity Clerk as required by law, and

tion should be granted, and the sais'. City Council does hereby
determine to vacate the said cul-de-sac on Laurel Way, hereinafter

Section 1. That the cul-de-sac on Laurel Way located in
