AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ASSESSNIENT AND ASSESS-
MENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 10.1 FOR THE IMPROVE-
MENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF EDMONDS BY THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SANITARY SEWERS, TOGETHER WITH THE NECESSARY LATERALS AND AP-
PURTENANCES NECESSARY TO MAKE A COMPLETE IMPROVEMENT; ALL IN
ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTIONO: INTENTION NO. 153 OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
• WASHINGTON; LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT ON ACCOUNT THEREOF AGAINST THE
SEVERAL LOTS, TRACTS AND PARCELS OF LAND AS SHOWN ON SAID ROLL;
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREFOR, and FIXING THE DATE OF
THE ISSUANCE THEREOF; FIXING THE INTEREST RATE ON THE BONDS TO BE
ISSUED IN CONNLCTION THEREWITH, AND FIXING THE INTEREST RATE ON THE
UNPAID ASSESSMENTF IN SAID LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 104.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of local improvement
district No. 104 for the improvement of the following described property:
Tracts one (1) through eight (8), inclusive, of TAY:.OR TRACTS, as
recorded in volume 12 of plats, page 91, t•ecords of Snohomish County,
Washington, and Tracts three (3), four (4), and five (5) of WALLACE
TRACTS, according to plat thereof recorded in volume 12 of plats,
page 7, records of said County; alt situate in Snohomish County ,
State of Washington
by the installation of a lateral sanitary sewer, toge"ier with the appurtenances neces-
sary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution of Intention
No. 153 of the City of Edmonds and Ordinance No. 3 :2, as the same now stands, be
and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
Section 2. That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land or other prop-
erty shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improve-
ment in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear-
ing ahgainst the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said
roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parte; of
• land and other property appe: ^ing upon said roll in true amount finally shown and
charged against the same thereon.
Section 3. That the :34th day of October, 1961, be and the same is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of the
said improvement.
Section 4. That the bonds to be issued in connection with and to pay the
costs of local improvement district No. 104 of the City of Edmonds have been sold
and shall be delivered to private individuals in the City of Edmonds.
Section 5. That the interest rate on the said bonds in said local improve -
anent district 104 be and the same is hereby fixed at five and one half (5-1/2%) per
• cent per annum, and the interest rate on the unpaid assessments in said loon. im-
provement district 104 be and the same is hereby fixed at six (G%) per cent per
annum.
