AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION G (SUBSECTION D) OF ORDINANCE NO.
790 PASSED 13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS ON OCTOBER
20, 1959, AND CODIFIED UNDER CHAPTER 12.08 OF THE EDMONDS CITY
CODE, SECTION 12.08. 350 (d), TO MAKE CONSTRUCTION OI' SIDEWALKS
MANDATORY IN PROPOSED PLATS. OR STJBDIVIS[ONS__
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
10 Section 1. That subsection(d)of Section G of OrdinalLce No. 790 passed
by the City Council of the City of Edmonds on October 20, 1959, and codified under
Chapter 12.08 of the Edmonds City- Code, Section 12.08.350 (d) be and the same
is hereby amended to make construction of sidewalks mandatory rather than
optional.
Section 2. That subsection(d)Df Section G of Ordinance No. 790 passed
passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds on October
20, 1959, and codified under Chapter 12.08 of the Edmonds City Code, Section
12.08.350 (d) be and the same is hereby set forth as amended:
"Sidewalks sh,.il be constructed in accordance with the standards and
under the supervision of the City Engineer."
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be fully in force and effective,
from and after its passage and publicatioypq rding to law,,
