AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION THREE OF ORDINANCE NO. 959 PASSED
13Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS ON JANUARY 15, 1963,
TO CHANGE THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF BONDS ON LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 107.
WHEREAS, due to unforeseen printing difficulties, the bonds to be issued
as of March 25, 1963, under Local Improvement District No. 107 of the City of
• Edmonds were not ready for delivery, and
WHEREAS, the date on said bonds is set as March 25, 11)63, by Section
3 of Ordinance No. 959 of the City of Edmonds passed on January 15, 1963, and
WHEREAS, it is desired that the date on said bonds coincide more closely
with the actual delivery date of said bonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 959 passed by the City
Council of the City of Edmonds on January 15, 1963, be and the same is hereby
amended to change the date of issuance of bonds from March 25, 1963, to May
25, 1963.
Section 2_ That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 959, passed on January
15, 1963, be and the same is hereby set forth as amended:
"Section 3. That the 25th day of May, 1963, be and the same
is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be
issued on account of said improvement."
Section 3_ That this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its
passage and publication.
