(DESIGNATED THE ZOMING MAP FOR SAID CITY) TO ABOLISH THE CLASS-
IFICATION M-1 FOR CERTAIN PROPEPTY AND RE -ZONE THE SAME AS P-1,
ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. R I OF THE EDMONDS PLANNING

W H E RE A S, on July 16, 1963, pursuant to public hearing, the Planning
Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted Resolution No. 81, recommending a
• change of zoning of certain property, and
WHEREAS, the rezoning of said property requires an amendment to the
Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1_ That Zoming Map "B" of the City of Edmonds be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That the following area:
Beginning at the meander corner common to Section 23 and 24,
Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M.; thence south 89042'
west 924.24 feet to the Inner Harbor Line, thence south 24011'
west along said Inner Harbor Line 481. 15 feet; thence south
61008' east 688.49 feet, more or less, to the east line of the
Great Northern Railroad right of way and the true point of
beginning; thence north 61°08' west 688. 49 feet, more or less,
to the Inner Harbor Line; thence northerly along said Inner Harbor
Line to :, point from which the meander corner on the south line
of Government Lot 4, Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 3
East, W.M., bears south 15054' east; thence south 15054' east
to the easterly line of the Great Northern Railroad right of way;
thence southerly along said easterly line to the true point of
beginning; situated in Snohomish County, Washington;
is zoned P-1.
Section 2_ That Engineer's Drawing No. -_ _Yshowing the rezoning
of said property, three copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated
• herein by reference as though fully set forth herein, and three copies of which
are on file in the office of the Edmonds City Clerk, be and the same are hereby
adopted.
Section 3_ That the above described area be and the same is hereby
rezoned from M-1 (Manufacturing) to P-1 (Pubic Use).
Section 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is hereiiy
directed to effect the necessary chaiiges pursuant to this ordinance.
Section 5_ This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
Publication according to law.
