AI\ ORDINANCE AMENDING OFFICIAL MAP "B" OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
(DESIGNATED THE ZONING MAP FOR SAID CITY) TO ABOLISH THE CLASS-
IFICATION M-1 (MANUFACTURING) FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AND REZONE
THE SAME AS S-12 (ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL), ALL IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RESOLUTION NO. 83 OF THE EDMONDS PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, on July 16, 1963, pursuant to public hearing, the Planning
• Commission of the City of Edmonds adopted Resolution No. 83, recommending
a change of zonuig of the property hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, the rezoning of said property requires an amendment to the
Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That zoning map "B" of the City of Edmonds be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
That the following area:
Beginning at the meander corner on the south line of Government Lot 4,
Sec. 13, Twp. 27 NR 3 EWM; thence north 15054' west to the Inner
Harbor Line; thence nor, h 48019130" east along said Inner Harbor Line
to the point of intersection of said line with the produced north line of
said Government Lot 4; thence easterly along the said produced north
line of Government Lot 4 to the easterly line of the Great Northern
Railway Company's right of way; thence southerly along the said easterly
line to the south line of said Government Lot 4; thence north 15054'
west to the point of beginning; situate in Snohomish County, Washington;
is zoned S-12 (One Family Residential).
Section 2. That Engineer's Drawing No. DC7_ / showing the rezoning
of said property, three copies of which are attached hereto ai.d incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set out herein, and three copies of which
• are on file in the office of the Edmonds City Clerk, be and the same are hereby
adopted.
Section 3. That the above-desaibed area be and the same is hereby
re -zoned from M-1 to S-12.

Section 4. That the City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is hereby
directed to effect the necessary changes pursuant to this ordinance.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
and publication according :o law.
