AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OFFICIAL MAP "A" (DESIGNATED THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN)
AND OFFICIAL MAP "B" (DESIGNATED THE ZONING MAP) OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS TO
ABOLISH THE CLASSIFICATION R-6 (OKE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
AND REZONE THE SAME AS R -6A (MULTI.3LE RESIDENTIAL) ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH
RESOLUTION NO. 91 OF THE EDMO14DS PL..NNING COMMISSION.

WHEREAS on the 20th day of November, 1963, pursuant to public hearing,
• the Planning Commission of the Citv of Edmonds adopted Resolution No. 91,
recommending a change of zoning of the property hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the rezoning of said property requires an amendment to Official
Map "A" and Official Map "B" of the City of Edmonds,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Inat Official Map "A" (designated the Comprehensive Plan)
and Official Map "B" (designated the Zoning Map) of the City of Edmonds be
and the same are hereby amended as follows:
That the following are-:
The East 168 feet of the following described tract:
That portion of Government Lot 2, Section 24, Township 27 North,
R3E, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of 6th Street,
and the center line of Glen Street, as established in the Town
of Edmonds, which point is 633.55 feet, more or less, East and
147.77 feet, more or less, North of the Quarter corner between
Sections 23 and 24; thence North 119.7 feet, more or less, to
the NE corner of Edmonds High School Tract and .he true point
of beginning; thence West along the North line of said tract 336.3
feet, more or less, to the Easterly line of 4th Street as now
established; thence Northerly along said Easterly line, 70 feet;
thence East 336.3 feet, more or less, to the gest line of 6th St.
produced; thence South 70 fee., more or less, to the true point
of beginning;
is zoned R -6A (Multiple Residential).
Section 2. That Engineer's Drawing No. ,A - T 3 showing the rezoning
of said property on Official Map "A" (designated the Comprehensive Plan) of
0 the City of Edmonds, three copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set out herein, and three copies of which
are on file in the office of the Edmonds City Clerk, be and t,:e same are hereby
adopted.
