ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING THE EDMONDS COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN BY ADDING THERETO THAT PROPERTY IN THE NORTHEAST
AREA OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS IN SECTIONS 4 AND 8, TOWN-
SHIP 27 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., AS SET FORTH IN
THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR EDMONDS
WASHINGTON, BY REID, MIDDLETON 61 ASSOCIATES, INC.,
PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 123.
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 1965, pursuant to public
hearing and notice thereof, the Planning Commission of the City
of Edmonds adopted ResolLtion We. 123 recommending that the City
Council amend the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan by adding thereto
the property described hereinafter, and
WHEREAS, the 13th day of July, 1965 was the date set by
the City Council of the City of Edmondf for public hearing of
the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds to amend the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan as hereinafter
out forth, and the same having been deferred to August 3, 1965,
and having then been considered by the City Council at public
hearing, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY nF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Thu Edmonds City Code, Section 12.04.090 is
hereby amended to road as follows:
"Pursuant t.) rusolution and recommendation of the
Planning Commission of th,; City of Edmonds, and
bring guided by RX W. Chapter 35.63, as amendod,
the City Council of the City of Edmonds dons hereby
adopt as its Compruhonsivo Plan Title 12 of the
Edmonds City Code and that compilation prepared by
Clark, Coleman & Rupeiks, Inc., datud May, 1963,
• three copies of which have been, prior to the passage
of the Ordinance codified in this section, and aro
now, on file for usQ and examination by the: public,
in the office of the Edmonds City Clurk, which
compilation is untitled the "Edmonds Comprohensive
Plan" and by this reference is hereby adopted,
together with the maps, charts and diagrams th4rjin
contuinvd, and incorporated hurcin as if set forth
in full, toev thvr with that compilation prepared by
Reid, Middleton & Associntes, Inc.. dated May, 1965,
three copies of which have• been, prior to the passage
of the Ordinancu, and are now, on fila for use and
examination by th,.t public in the office of thv Edmonds
City Clerk. which compilation is Untitled "Supplement

tion is entitled "Supplement to Comprehensivu Plan
for Edmonds, Washington and by this refcrencQ is
hereby adopted, togethcr with th[: maaps, chorts and
diagrams therein contained, ,end incorporated herein
as if ss+t forth in full.
Section 2. Figure 32 of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan
is hereby amended and supplemented by the addition thereto of
that map designated "Supplement No. 1 to Figure 32" which map
is included in that compilation dated March, 1965 denominated
"Supplement to Comprehensive Plan for Edmonds, Washington," by
Reid, Middleton, & Associates, and sets forth the long range
planning land use designations for that area situated at the
Northeasterly extremity of the City of Edmonds in Sections 4
and 8, Township 27 North, Range 4 East, W.M. situate in the
City of Edmonds, Courty of Snohomish, State of Washington.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days after its passage and publication according to
law.
