AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.08.060 OF THE
EDMONDS CITY CODE BY REDUCING THE NUMBER NEC-
ESSARY TO CONSTITUTE A QUORUM OF THE PLANNING'
COMMISSION FROM SIX MEMBERS TO FIVE MEMBERS
OF SAID COMMISSION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Section 1.08.060
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"1.08.060 guorv.m needed for action. A major-
ity of the membership of the Planning Commission,
not less than five of whom shall be appointed
members, shall constitute a quorum for the trans-
action of business. Any action taken at a regu-
lar or special meeting of the Planning Commission
shall be deemed and taken as the action of the Com-
mission."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take full force
and effect five days after its passage and publication as
provided by law.2,o
