AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RS-8
TO BN PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLU-
TION NO. 188.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called by
the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission Reso-
lution No. 188 and said City Council having determined that
the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and advan-
tageous for the development and appropriate use of said prop-
erty and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASKINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from RS-8 (Single
Residential 8,000 Sq.Ft.) to BN (Neighborhood Business) all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:
Lots S, 7, 8, 9, 10, Block 3, Westgate Park Division
No. 1, Section 36, T27N, Range 3E, W.M., per plat
recorded in Volume 13 of Plats, Page 31, records of
Snohomish County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby directed to effec-
tuate the necessary amendment to the Official Zoning Map of
• Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
