AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON AMENDING
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY
AUTHORIZED TO BE ACQUIRED BY CONDEMNATION FOR PURPOSES
OF A PUBLIC PARK BY ORDINANCE NO. 1235 OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Wash-
ington by Ordinance No. 1235 of the City of Edmonds, Washing-
ton authorized the acquisition for public park purposes cer-
tain parcels of property located within the City of Edmonds,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Wash-
ington desires to create a public facility which will serve
the public as a whole, minimize the inconvenience to those
property ownrs affected by the establishment of such a facil-
ity and create a public park site which will best integrate the
public use with the existing and adjacent private dwellings.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The property description as set forth under parcel 10
of Appendix B of Ordinance No. 1235 of the City of Edmonds,
Washington which formerly read as follows, to wit:
Parcel 10: The north half of Tract 7 on the West
473.03 feet of the south half of Tract 7, East
Edmonds Acres according to plat thereof recorded in
Volume 12 of plats, page 33, records of Snohomish
County, Washington;
is hereby amended to read as follows, to wit:
The West 414.32 feet of the north half of Tract 7
and the West 414.32 feet of the south half of Tract 7
East Edmonds Acres according to plat thereof recorded
in Volume 12 of Plats, page 33, Records of Snohomish
County, Washington.
