AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAPS OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY AMENDING SECTION
12.03.065 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE, BY ESTABLISHING
RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH AN ALIGNMENT FCR 9TH AVENUE N.CRTH
FROM DALEY STREET TO CASPER STREET, PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION 229
WHEREAS, the public hearing before the City Council of
Planning Commission Resolution No. 229 recommending the Amendipent
of the Official Street Maps of the City of Edmonds by establishing
a right-of-way with an alignment for 9th Avenue North from Daley
Street to Casper Street was duly called and held, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighboring streets and general traffic conditions and the general
welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASH INGTD N , DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Edmonds City Code, Section 12.03.065 is hereby
amended by the addition of a new subsection establishing a 60-foot
right-of-way and the alignment thereof on the official street maps
of said city, said subsection providing as follows:
"i. 9th Avenue North from Daley Street to Casper Street as
as a 60-foot right-of-way as projected and aligned on
Engineer's Drawing No. E-C-102."
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is hereby
directed to effectuate the necessary changes pursuant to this Ordinance.
