Ordinance 1317ORDINANCE NO. / /7 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN OF SAID CITY BE DESIGNATING THEREON CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY AS "SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL",e PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 233. WHEREAS# pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No. 233, the City Council of the City of Edmonds , Washington having called a public hearingt and thereat having determined that the Comprehensive Land Use Plan should accordingly be amended by the addition thereto of the property legally des- cribed below= said amendment being within the purview of the existing documentation of said Edmonds Comprehensive Plant now, therefor$, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS* WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Sectinn 1. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by adding thereto the property legally described below and designating the same as "Single Family Residential"-f, all situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington: Beginning at the southwest corner of Tract 134, Plat of Meadowdale Beach; thence north along the east city limits line of the City of Edmonds to the north- west corner of Lot 1, Double DD Ranch Addition No. 2; thence easterly along the South boundary of Tract 115 and Tract 1141 Plat of Meadowdale Beach and the south end of 64th Avenue West to Olympic View Drive_t the westerly boundary line of the City of Lynnwood; thence southwesterly along the westerly city limits line of the City of Lynnwood to its intersection with the south boundary of the Meadowdale Beach Road; thence northwesterly to the north boundary of 174th Street S.W. (the south boundary of Tract 134); thence westerly to the point of beginning, all situate in Snohomish County, Washington. Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is heweby directed to effectuate the necessary amgndment to said Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to this Ordinance.
