EDMONDS* WASHINGTONt BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN'.PROPERTY FROM OS TO
RS-12 AND RS-200 PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 239.
WHEREAS4 pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 239 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now$ therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS.,, WASHINGTONs DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map,, Edmonds.,, Washington..
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from OS (Open
Space) to RS-12 (Single Residential 12,000 square feet), all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:
All that:portion of the following described property
lying southerly of Olympic View Drive: The South 1/2
of the SE 1/4and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section
7, Township 27, R. 4 E., W.M.t EXCEPT City streets.
Section 2. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from OS (Open
Space) to RS-20 (Single Residential 20r000)square feet), all
situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of
Washington:

Section 3. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official Zoning Map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
