AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,,
EDMOND&O WASHINGTON& BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE LOW DENSITY (RML) TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE (RS-8) PURSUANT TO PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 243.
WHEREAS,, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 243 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general welfare
of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSw WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from Multiple
Family Residence Low Density (RML) to Single Family Residence
(RS-8), all situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington:
Lots 15, 16, and 17 of Blcok 6, Lake Ballinger
Land Company's Subdivision No. 1.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the official zoning
map of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
