AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,, WASHINGTONr
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY ADDING THERETO
CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED PROPERTY AND DESIGNATING THE
SAME AS NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS (BN):; PURSUANT TO
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 247.
WHEREAS. PttgUafft to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 247 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning for said newly annexed property
would be the most consistent and advantageous for the devel-
opment and appropraite use of said property and for the health,
safety, morals and general welfare of the public, now,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS-.t WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the follow-
ing described property, alL;-situate in the City of Edmonds,
County of Snohomish, State of Washington, and designating the
same thereon as Neighborhood Business (BN)z
All that portion of Lot 13, Bergquist Addition,
records of Snohomish County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot
13; thence S 0030'24"E., along the West line of
said Lot 13, a distance of 53.0 ft.; thence at right
angles N 89029'36"E. a distance of 51.69 ft. to the
Easterly line of said Lot 13; thence along said line
N 44047'30"W., a distance of 74.03 ft. to the Point
of Beginning.
Section 2. The City Engin6er is hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendment --to the official zoning
map of the City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this
Ordinance.
