AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.,
EDMONDS * WASHINGTON.i; BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF. CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE4 LOW DENSITY (RS-12) TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE: MEDIUM DENSITY (RS-.8) PURSUANT
TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 250.
WHEREAS* pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 250 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropriate use of said
property and for the health, safety, morals and general wel-
fare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSj, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The official zoning map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning class-
ification of the following described property from Single
Family Residence, Low Density (RS-12) to Single Family Resi-
dence, Medium Density (RS-8), all situate in the City of
Edmonds, County of Snohomish, State of Washington:
South 100.00 feet of West 150.00 feet of Tract 108,
Edmonds Sea View Tracts, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, on Page 76, records of
Snohomish County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed to
effectuate the necessary amendments to the official zoning map
of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this Ordinance.
