AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS� WASHINGTON
SUPPLEMENTING THE EDMONDS CITY CODE,: SECTION
8.64.030, SCHEDULE III,, BY PROHIBITING PARKING
ON PORTIONS OF HEMLOCK WAY
WHEREAS, the city traffic engineer and chief of police
have investigated traffic conditions relative to the necess-
ity for parking restrictions on certain streets and avenues
within the City of Edmonds and having found it necessary for
the reasonable expedition of traffic flow and safety to
restrict parking on certain portions of Hemlock Ways nowt,
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS* WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person
shall at any time park a vehicle upon the following des-
cribed street which street shall be added to Schedule III
Parking prohibited at all times on certain streets),,, Sec-
tion 8.64.030 of the Edmonds City Code:
The south side of Hemlock Way from 5th
Avenue to 6th Avenue, and the north side of Hemlock
Way from 6th Avenue a distance of 200 feet west
therefrom.
