THE TABLE OF STREETS PROPOSED FOR WIDENING.,. ADOPTED BY
SECTION 12.03.160 OF THE EDMONDS CITY CODE:= BY INCREASING
THE PROPOSED RIGHT OF WAY FROM 80 FEET TO 90 FEET.ON 196TH
STREET S.W. FROM THE EAST CITY LIMITS TO 88TH AVE. W.R:AND
ACCORDINGLY REVISING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY
SECTION 12.03.080 OF SAID CODEV PURSUANT TO PLANNING COM-
MISSION RESOLUTION NO. 257.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
257, the City Council of the City of Edmonds: called a public
hearing regarding the following proposed street widening, and
WHE REASr after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSaf WASHINGTON,,: DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The table of proposed street and thoroughfare
widening adopted by Section 12.03.160 of the Edmonds City Code
is hereby revised by striking therefrom "196th St. S.W.: 76th
Ave. W. to 88th Ave. W." as a proposed future right-of-way of
80 feet, and inserting therein, "196th St. S.W.o from the east
city limits to 88th Ave. W." as a proposed future right-of-way
of 90 feet in width.
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is
hereby directed to revise the Official Street Map, adopted by
Section 12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code, by adding thereto
Revision No. 2 on Sheet No. 5, Section 18, and Sheet No. 9,
Section 19 in conformance with Section 1 of this Ordinance.
