AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS* WASHINGTON
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1297 WHICH ORDINANCE
CREATED LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 156 FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS,*,
AND STREET PAVING FOR CERTAIN STREETS IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDSO WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 1297, passed by the City Council of the
City of Edmonds on the second day of May, 1967, creating a
Local Improvement District for the installation of sidewalks,
standard curbs and gutters, and paving the street with asphal-
tic type concrete, providing necessary drainage, and necessary
grading and base preparation and related work necessary to make
a complete improvement on certain portions of Main Street and
Olympic Avenue is hereby repealed.
