AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1303 WHICH ORDINANCE
CREATED LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 158 FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEfnTALKS, STANDARD CURBS
AND GUTTERS,-,., IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance No. 1303, passed by the City Council of the
City of Edmonds on the sixth day of June, 1967, creating a
Local Improvement District for the construction of sidewalks,
standard curbs and gutters, providing necessary drainage and
any necessary grading or base preparation and related work
and expenditures necessary to make a complete improvement in
accordance with city standards on certain portions of Casper
Street, 9th Avenue North and Puget Drive, is hereby repealed.
