AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP,
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM GENERAL
CCIOIERRCIAL (CG ) TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL LOW
DENSITY (RML) PURSUANT TC PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. 262.
WHEREAS, pursuant to public hearing having been called
by the City Council in accordance with Planning Commission
Resolution No. 262 and said City Council having determined
that the recommended zoning would be the most consistent and
advantageous for the development and appropraite use of
said property and for the health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map, Edmonds, Washington,
be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning
classification of the following described property from
General Commercial (CG) to Multiple Residential Low Density
(RML); all situate in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington:
All of Lot 1, Except the North one -fifth thereof
of Skelton's Lake Mcc Ieer's 5 Acre Tracts as per
plat recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, page 21,
records of Snohomish County, Washington, and
Except that portion presently zoned RML.

Section 2. The City Engineers are hereby directed
to effectuate the necessary amendments to the Official
Zoning Map of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant to this
Ordinance.
