AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL STREET MAP ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION 12.03.080 BY ESTABLISHING A FIFTY FOOT
RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROXIMATELY FOUR HUNDRED FEET
NORTH FROM 176th STREET S.W. ON THE APPROXIMATE
ALIGNMENT OF 69th AVENUE W., PURSUANT TO PLANNING
COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 278.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
278, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, called a public
hearing regarding the following proposed street widening, and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code is hereby amended by
establishing a 50 -foot right-of-way proceeding in a north/
south direction a distance of approximately 400 feet north
from 176th Street S. W.,,the centerline of which is located
along the east line of the west 145 feet of Tract 145, Plat
of Meadowdale Beach, and on the approximate alignment of
69th Avenue W., all as depicted on Revision No. �_ on
Sheet No.Section $ , identified as Engineers
Drawing NQ. 4xjr4l and by this reference the same is hereby
incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
