OF-WAY 30 FEET IN WIDTH IN THE FORM OF A LOOP
STREET EXTENDING FROM THE EAST MARGIN OF 3RD
AVENUE NORTH THE CENTERLINE OF WHICH COMMENCES
180.48 FEET SOUTH OF CASPER STREET EXTENDING
EASTERLY APPROXIMATELY 192.43 FEET, THENCE
SOUTHERLY A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 228.00
FEET, THENCE WESTERLY A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY
343.00 FEET TERMINATING ON THE EAST LINE OF 3RD
AVENUE NORTH, PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO, 279.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Planning Commission Resolution No.
279, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, called a public
hearing regarding the following proposed street "lay -out" and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of existing and future
neighborhood and traffic conditions, and the general safety,
welfare and health of the public, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Official Street Map adopted by Section
12.03.080 of the Edmonds City Code is hereby amended by
establishing a public right-of-way 30 feet in width in the
form of a loop extending from 3rd Avenue North, the center-
line of which is on the east edge of 3rd Avenue North at a
point 180.48 feet south of Casper Street, thence easterly
approximately 192.43 feet, thence southerly a distance of
approximately 228.00 feet, thence westerly a distance of
343.00 feet to the east line of 3rd Avenue North, all as
depicted on Revision No. �[_ on Sheet No. _k, Section
_Ly, identified as Engineers Drawing No. 4 EE and by
this reference the same is hereby incorporated herein as
if set forth in full.
