AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
PLAN OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON BY RE -
DESIGNATING TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN SAID CITY PURSUANT TO PLANNING COM-
MISSION RESOLUTION NO. 288.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Edmonds Planning Commission Resolu-
tion No. 288, the City Council of the City of Edmonds having
called a public hearing, and thereat having determined that
the Comprehensive Land Use Plan should accordingly be amended
for the property legally described below, said amendment
being within the purview of the existing documentation of
said Edmonds Comprehensive Plan, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the
Edmonds Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by changing the
designation of the following described property from Multi -
Family Residential to Single -Family Residential:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block B, Central Addition to the
City of Edmonds, unrecorded, Snohomish County,
Washington.
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Edmonds is
hereby directed to effectuate the necessary amendment to said
Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Edmonds Comprehensive Plan
pursuant to this Ordinance.
